The Balboa

  • 2 oz Henebery Celebrated Whiskey
  • .75 oz Honey Syrup
  • .75 oz Lemon juice
  • 4-6 Dashes of Sarsaparilla Bitters
  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Strain over ice
  4. Garnish with Lemon Peel (Optional)

Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Henebery Celebrated Whiskey
  • .5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
  • 2-4 Dashes House Bitters
  1. Add Demerara and bitters to glass
  2. Add Large Ice Cube
  3. Pour Henebery Celebrated Whiskey
  4. Stir
  5. Garnish with Orange Peel (Optional)

Alternative: Pour Henebery Old Fashioned Whiskey over ice and enjoy.

  • 2-3 Blackberries
  • Bitters to taste
  1. Muddle blackberries in shaker
  2. Add other ingredients, ice and shake.
  3. Strain over ice
  4. Garnish with a blackberry (Optional)

The Heat Wave

  • 2 oz Carolina Reaper Whiskey
  • .75 oz Jalapeño Syrup
  • .75 oz Pineapple/Coconut Juice
  1. Add all ingredients in shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Pour over ice
  4. Tajin rim and garnish with jalapeño slice (Optional)
